What we collect
- From the quote form: your name, phone number, town, the job you need, any message you add, the page you sent it from, and the time.
- From every visit: standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one local tree pro, who calls you back.
- To keep a record of requests, which is how we bill the tree pro for the introduction.
- To keep a backup copy of each request in our email and server logs, so a request isn't lost if something fails.
Who sees it
Your details are shared with one local tree pro. We never sell them to multiple companies, and we don't share them with anyone else for marketing.
The services that run this site handle the data on our behalf: our web host and our email delivery provider.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch the site to dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We'll also ask the tree pro we shared it with to delete it.
