How it works

Hill Country Tree Removal is not a tree company. We connect homeowners with independent local tree pros. Here is exactly what happens when you send the form.

  • Free for homeowners
  • One local tree pro calls you back
  • No list of strangers, no bidding war

What we are, and what we aren't

We are a referral service. We don't do tree work, we don't employ crews, and we don't send anyone out ourselves. When you send the form, we pass your request to an independent local tree pro in the Hill Country, who calls you back.

What happens when you get in touch

  1. You send the form with your town and the job.
  2. One local tree pro gets your request and calls you back. Not a list of companies, and not a bidding war.
  3. You and the pro take it from there. They may want to see the tree before giving a price. Whether to hire them is up to you.

Who pays us

It's free for homeowners. The tree pro pays us for the introduction. You pay the pro only for work you agree to, and the agreement for that work is between you and the pro.

Check the pro before work starts

Every pro is independent, so do the checks you'd do with anyone you hire:

  • Ask for proof of liability insurance, and check that it's current before anyone starts cutting.
  • Get the quote in writing, with what's included.
  • For oak work, ask how they handle oak wilt, and who does any fungicide injection.

Callbacks and your details

Your details go to one local tree pro, and we never sell them to multiple companies. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
